Q2What happens if I cancel the care plan?+
Nothing goes away. You keep the site and the code and find your own hosting after that — no penalty, no minimum time to stay.
Q3How fast is 5 to 7 days?+
This is our build time once we have your service list, job photos, and reviews. It runs from our first call to your live site. If something is missing, like a logo or photos, we start with a placeholder. We swap it in later. This can add a day or two.
Q4I don't have professional photos or reviews yet — can you still build it?+
Yes. Most trades start this way. Phone photos work fine to begin with. We build a review section too. It fills up as your Google reviews come in.
Q5Do you set up my Google Business Profile too?+
If you don't have one, we help you set it up and link it to your site. If you already have one, we connect it. Your reviews and map listing show up on your site.
Q6What if something needs changing after launch?+
You get one review round before launch, plus 30 days after launch to fix words, swap photos, and solve problems — all part of your £397.
